Rest Gives You Bigger Muscles

I have seen skinny guys come into my local gym, work so hard for the best part of 2 hours, repeat this for over 3 months and still see no significant changes in their physique. This begs the question; "Is building muscle for skinny guys impossible?".



Earlier bodybuilders and trainers use to recommend a high carbohydrate and low fat diet and claimed that it is the only and best way to gain muscle. But over the period of time it is found that the only people gaining muscle with such kind of diet are genetically gifted few and the rest just end up building fat.



Whether your goal is to attract the fairer sex, make massive strides in your training or simply build more muscle in your upper body because it is lagging behind your leg development, these untold fundamentals will ensure that you experience stratospheric results when building upper body muscle.
