Muscle Confusion Workout Routines

I was at my cuz's birthday party and people that know me see me as the fitness guy. So obviously they came up to ask me a few questions. I was happy to oblige. Later that evening, I realized that a lot of what I was saying was pretty much common sense to me, but not so to everyone else.

Their goal would be to get their muscles to get as huge as possible. Weight lifters who train this way year round will build some serious size, but their muscles will be round and puffy.
