It will also benefit your health tremendously. This is because having additional muscle mass automatically speeds up your metabolism. It means your body will be able to burn fat more efficiently. You know that when you reduce your body fat, you also reduce your risk of succumbing to various illnesses. To gain muscle mass, you need proper weight training, proper diet and proper sleep.



Just like various other anabolic steroid human hormones, testosterone comes from cholesterol that is the 1st step within the bio-synthesis. In the last phase involving androstenedione it's minimized to produce anabolic testosterone.



If you are addicted to hot dogs, burgers and pizzas, then replace them with some green and leafy vegetables. Include more protein filled food like eggs, pulses and other such protein filled food. That is certainly the wrong way to work towards getting six pack abs fast! One should consume small meals more frequently in a day. Reduce the portion size but increase the frequency instead of eating bigger portions 2 to 3 times a day. This keeps the body's metabolism at a good rate and helps in burning the calories faster.



Your muscles needs time to recover, so make sure to get rest in between of your abdominal exercises. Do not start the exercises at a fast pace in order to get rock hard abs fast. Do it at a normal pace and then keep increasing the intensity. Be careful not to strain yourself else you will feel sore after the exercises.



If you are generally overweight then the best ab workout in the world will only work if you aim to lose overall body weight as just working the lower abs will not achieve this alone. Losing overall body fat can be achieved by combining strength training, cardio training and at number one, a well balanced diet.



Whether you're talking about muscle building supplements, or one's for fat burning, my advice is that you don't concern yourself too much with getting the combination exactly right. Concentrate your efforts more on your diet, as it's the nourishment which you're getting from real food which has the largest bearing on the results you'll get.



They maybe pricey but it sure beats a visit to your chiropractor after an exercise related injury. Invest time and money in seeking help from a personal trainer and you'll be enjoying your exercise sessions.
