Having a well-toned body like those tennis players and sports individuals is one of the dreams that most people would want to achieve. But of course, like those sportspeople, they have achieved such well-toned body through years of training and exercises.



One tip on how to build six pack abs is to lose those layers of fat first. Keep in mind that however toned are your muscles if they are covered with fat, they will still not show up from the outside. Do some cardio workouts first if you already have those layers of fats. Then you can follow it up with muscle toning exercises.



Toning your muscles underneath those layers of fats may not give you good results from the outside. That may not even give you some visible results as well. If you want that six pack abs to show, then you have to lose those layers of fats first before even attempting to tone your muscles.
